If you need to edit the Zoning in your listing you can do that easily online under My Listings.
*** Please be advised that MLSListings does not have Zoning codes. Zoning code come from Get Tax record from Realist. If for some reason Realist does not have Zoning Code for a property it is best to contact the local County Assessors Office, provide them with the Address and Parcel Number and see if they can assist with the proper Zoning for that address
1. From the Pro Dashboard Go to your 'My Listings' page.
2. Go to "Active" (Left Side) to see your active listings and click on "Edit Listing"
3. Go to ‘Property Overview” Find Zoning and change to correct zoning.
3. Scroll down and click on Verify then click on Update Listing Button.
