Selma Hepp, Chief Economist of CoreLogic, joined the Aculist team for a Statistically Speaking event sharing her cautious optimism for Bay Area real estate in 2025.
  

Selma answered back-to-back questions from the audience, addressing critical market factors such as:

• How insurance, unemployment and interest rates affect transactions, and what she worries most about.
• Highlighting three factors that are providing just enough uncertainty to keep some buyers on the sidelines.
• Which indicators lead her to believe that a balanced market will bring out buyers and sellers alike.
