RentSpree: New Rental Application & Tenant Screening
In partnership with RentSpree, MLSListings now enables subscribers in the rental space to provide an easy way for prospective tenants to apply to rent or lease a property, at no cost to agents.
Integrated into the Rental Details page of our Listing Management software, we’ve added a new required field called “RentSpree Online Application.” Selecting “Yes” will send the property listing information to RentSpree, which then creates a customized rental application URL for applicants to complete. The applicant fills out the application and pays a fee to RentSpree; there is no cost to the agent.
The application will include:
- Online Rental Application
- Full Credit Report & Score
- Criminal Background Check
- National Eviction Report
