Matrix: How to email a report
1. From the Pro Home go to Search then select Matrix.
2. Run a property search to pull up listings.
3. On the results page Select the listing(s) you would like to email.
4. Under the “Action” category, you will see “Email”. Click on “Email”
5. Type in the email address of who it is going to. If sending to multiple email addresses separate each email with a comma.
6. You can choose to CC someone if you wish.
7. You can BCC yourself if you wish.
8. Type in a subject line and any message.
9. To preview the email, click on “Preview”
10. To send, click on “Send”
How to email listings as a PDF report to someone.
1. Run a property search to pull up listings.
2. Select the listing(s) you would like to email a PDF report to.
3. Under the “Action” category, you will see “Print”. Click on “Print”
4. Select the report(s) you would like to send to your client NOTE: DO NOT SEND AGENT REPORTS TO CLIENTS. IT IS AGAINST MLS RULES AND YOU WILL BE FINED!! You can however send an agent display to another agent or yourself
5. De-select “Header & Footer” if you don’t want “Header & Footer”.
6. To have the Header & Footer only on the first and last page, select “First Page, Last Page”.
7. To have the Header & Footer on every page , select “Every Page”.
8. If you want to include property history and photos, select “Print Property History & All Photos” THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE SELECTED “AGENT FULL”!
9. If you want to include the search criteria, select “Print Search Criteria”
10. If you don’t want to include photos and maps, select “Ink Saver (don’t print photos or maps)”
11. Click on “Email PDF”
12. Type in the email address of who it is going to. If sending to multiple email addresses separate each email with a comma.
13. You can choose to CC someone if you wish.
14. You can BCC yourself if you wish.
15. Type in a subject line and any message.
16. To send, click on “Send”
