If your clients are assuming that the end of the year brings decreased home prices, send them a short video from Aculist to highlight that many cities and counties in fact had increased prices over the last month.
November data is in and while we did see a broad decrease in the number of new listings coming on the market, closed sales and prices were up in several counties – particularly in the common interest market where the Santa Clara, San Mateo, Monterey and Santa Cruz markets all saw median prices increase.
