CAPTCHA Verification Added for Manual Emails in Matrix
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and protect subscriber data, Cotality has introduced a CAPTCHA verification step when sending manual emails through Matrix.
When sending a listing or CMA via email, users will now be prompted to complete a quick puzzle to confirm they are human before the message is sent.
How it works:
- Select “Begin” to start the CAPTCHA security check.
- Follow the on-screen instructions (for example, selecting specific images) to verify you’re human.
Once completed, you won’t need to repeat the verification for one hour, allowing you to continue sending manual emails without interruption.
Please note: this change only applies to manual emails and will not affect automated email features. This enhancement helps Cotality maintain compliance with evolving industry security standards and ensures a more secure experience for all subscribers.
This update will take effect November 6th, at 5pm PDT.
