Matrix Broker IDX Configuration

As the Broker of an Office you have the ability to create a free frameable IDX search link to add to your existing office website with the Matrix program.

 

Please note - This IDX link is a basic search tool. It cannot be customized to add or remove fields or set up saved searches or email alerts.

 

Setting up Matrix IDX Link

 

1)      To set-up the IDX link for log in to our website www.pro.mlslistings.com and go into the Matrix program.

 

2)      Next In the upper right side you will see "Hello" and your name. Click the drop down arrow and go to Settings.

 

 

 
 

3)      Next go down and click on IDX Configuration

 

 

This is where you would set up the IDX link.

 

  1) Give the IDX page a name – Like Property Search, New Home Search

  2) Select a Type of Search. 

Search =  This is an overall search tool.

My Listings = This will ONLY display your office listings and nothing else.

Map Search = This Is a basic Map searching tool.

 

· 3) Mark IDX Enabled.

 

   

  4) You can change colors of the IDX page in this section like Page Background, Header Background and Header Font. Click the color pallet on the right, select the  color and hit Done.

 

· 5) Click on Save at the bottom.

  6) Go to the HTML box under Activation, you will see a long link, this is your Frameable IDX Link. Copy the entire link in this window and provide that to your web developer to insert onto your website. 

 

NOTE – The HTML Link will start with <iframe  and then end with </iframe>
