Aculist Market Reports

 

Aculist Market Reports provide critical data and trend analysis, available by geography as selected by the agent (Example-County, City, Zip Code, MLS Area). Aculist’s Market Reports take up-to-date residential data (Single Family, Condo, and Townhouse) and turns it into presentation-ready material to share with clients and prospects. With over 20 template choices, Aculist market reports are branded with your name, email address, DRE, agent photo (If photo was uploaded) for enhanced prospecting.

 

 

 

 

 

Accessing Aculist Market Reports

 

1) From the New Pro Dashboard go to Products & Tools and then click on Aculist Market Reports.

 

 

 

2) In the box provided, type in a County, City, Zip Code or MLS Area Name. You will see a drop down list appear below with options to select for the name you typed in (Example City -San Jose).

  • Contra Costa
  • Marin
  • Monterey
  • Napa
  • San Benito
  • San Francisco
  • San Mateo
  • Santa Clara
  • Santa Cruz
  • Sonoma

 

 

 
 
 
3) You will now see a list of available reports for the County, City, Zip, or Area name you typed in. You can select the report you wish to download as a PDF report. The report will inlcude your name and contact information inlcuding an agent photo (if you have a photo uploaded in your profile).
 
 
 
 
4)  By default the Property Type selected is Single Family, but if you wish you can change this to Condo/Townhomes on the left side of the screen under Filters.
 
 
 
 
5) The left side under "Filters" you can also narrow down the search to County, City, Zip Codes or Area. You simply highlight the section you wish and the available reports will change for you. 
 
 
 
 
6) To view the report you wish, simply click on the report name itself. The screen will change to show a sample of that report. You can click on Download PDF to download that report to your computer as a PDF file. This report will have your name and contact info at the bottom of the report. 
 
 
 
 
 
7) If you are missing or wish to update your agent photo that is showing in this report, please click on "Upload Photo" in the upper left, below your name. This will take you to your profile on our new Pro Dashboard where you can upload or update your agent photo. Follow the on sceen prompts for uploading your agent photos You can also update contact information (Email, phone number) here as well
 

For best results for agent photos, here are some recommendations:

  • We accept .PNG, or .JPG formats.
  • The minimum file dimensions should be 180px (width) x 240px (height).
  • The maximum file size should be no more than 10MB.
  • We suggest that you take your photo in portrait mode with 3:4 aspect ratio.
  • Recommended resolution: 300 ppi and no less than 96 ppi. Your profile photo will be used on all of the Aculist reports. If an image will be reproduced in printed reports, you'll need to upload a photo with the highest resolution possible so the image will not look pixelated.
 
 
 
 
 
8) You can also save these reports as Favorites and access them easily in the future.
 
 
 
 
9) To access reports you saved as favorites click on Favorite Reports on the left side below your name. 
 
 
 
 
10) Click the name of the report you wish to run. This will run that report and you can download it as a PDF report.
 
 
 
11) If you wish to run multiple favorite reports, look on the far right. You will see check boxes. Check the reports you wish to run and then click on "Email me Favorite Reports".
